Mutton noodle soup
Overview
Every time my family cooks mutton, the final staple food must be mixed noodles, and mung bean mixed noodles. I think mutton and mixed noodles are a perfect match. The two are the most delicious when mixed together. However, the mutton rolls left over from the mutton-shabu-shabu taste great when paired with mixed noodles. I like it when I put it in a bowl and add some pepper noodles for seasoning.
