Pour the whipped cream and milk into a bowl, add sugar and mix well until the sugar dissolves

Add the red pomelo pulp. If you add the pulp, it will be 8-9 servings full

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes and bake for 15 minutes. I had a few extra tart shells and made some red bean ones.
