Risotto has always been a popular dish on Western dining tables. The rice fully absorbs the aroma of mushrooms and chicken soup, and is paired with white wine and mozzarella cheese, exuding a rich aroma.

  1. Slice the large brown mushrooms and white mushrooms, chop the onions, and prepare a pot of thick chicken soup.

  2. Sauté the mushrooms, then add the chicken stock to cook the mushrooms and set aside the soup.

  3. In another pot, sauté the onions, add rice and continue sautéing until fragrant.

  4. When the rice changes color, add white wine and continue frying.

  5. Add a spoonful of chicken stock and continue to stir-fry. When the soup dries up, continue to add more soup and repeat several times until the rice is cooked.

  6. Spoon the mushrooms over the cooked rice and add the butter and continue sautéing.

  7. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion, salt, grated cheese and black pepper and continue stirring until completely combined.
