Dried squid, I forgot to take a photo of the ribs, chop one into small pieces, marinate with appropriate amount of oil, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for about an hour to get the flavor.

Tear the dried squid into shreds, the size depends on personal preference.

Heat the oil over low heat to bring out the aroma of the shredded squid, but not for too long as the shredded squid will be too hard to chew.
