  1. Cut the chicken into pieces, pierce them with the tip of a knife a few times, and chop them with the back of the knife a few times to enhance the flavor! Add onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, white pepper, and five-spice powder, and marinate for half a day

  2. Prepare egg liquid, starch, and bread crumbs (I don’t have bread crumbs, so I used steamed buns that were peeled, dried, and crushed)

  3. The chicken slices are covered with starch, slid into the egg liquid, and come out covered with bread crumbs

  4. Put it in the electric pan and fry instead of frying in order to save oil

  5. Fry until golden brown on both sides
