Put sugar, baking soda and maltose into a large bowl

Place the folded dough sheet horizontally on the board, roll it into a rectangular sheet again, and make a fourth fold again, and do this 3 to 4 times until the surface of the dough becomes very smooth and flat

Roll out the folded dough again and roll it up from one end

Divide the dough into equal-sized pieces, I divided it into 12 portions

Take one of the pieces and roll it into a round shape
