Egg dumplings
Overview
When I was a kid, I would often see the aunt downstairs making egg dumplings upstairs at my grandma’s house, using a small charcoal stove! My mouth is watering from the smell upstairs! Today I try to make my own egg dumplings, with chowder and hot pot are both good choices!

Chop the onions and ginger and mix them into the minced meat filling. Pour in a little light soy sauce and cooking wine. Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir. Add a little cornstarch. Beat two eggs and stir together! I mixed this in the morning and put it in the refrigerator to chill. I made it in the afternoon
-
Prepare a little cooking oil and set the gas stove to the lowest heat. After the large iron spoon is dry, drop a few drops of oil and turn the spoon so that the inside of the spoon is filled with oil
-
Beat eggs into egg liquid
-
After the spoon is hot, add some egg liquid to the large iron spoon, place it on the gas stove and fry over low heat
-
When the egg liquid is almost dry, add a little meat filling and fold the egg skin in half
-
Just fry the egg skin on both sides for a while
-
The prepared egg dumplings can be refrigerated or frozen and put in when making soup

This is a fried chowder, and the egg dumplings inside are delicious
