Grate the potatoes and carrots into shreds, and soak the potatoes in cold water

Boil water in a pot and add shredded potatoes. Boil again and taste. Take them out immediately and rinse repeatedly in cold water. The same goes for shredded carrots

Soak carrot shreds and potato shreds again in cold water and set aside

Remove the shreds and dry them, add a few drops of chili oil, soy sauce, salt, vinegar and syrup and mix well
