The main ingredient is pork belly.

Prepare well, mash the fermented bean curd, add southern milk, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and rock sugar, mix well and set aside.

Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces.

Garlic ginger star anise, ready to cut.

Stir-fry the pork belly until slightly brown, add garlic, ginger and star anise and saute until fragrant.

Add the sauce prepared previously and stir-fry.

Then add water. (The amount of water is just enough to cover the meat)

Cover and bring to a boil, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer until the soup is almost thick.

Open the lid and heat over high heat to collect the juice.
