Beans, also called cowpeas, are vegetables that are abundant in summer. They are very nutritious and are the meat among vegetables. It is neutral in nature and has the effect of resolving dampness and replenishing the spleen. It is especially suitable for people with weak spleen and stomach.

Choose fresh and tender beans.

Remove the tendons from the beans and break them into small pieces. Cut the sausages into shapes similar to the beans.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Add the sausage and fry until the fat part becomes transparent.

Add the beans, stir-fry over high heat, add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for a while.

After the beans are cooked, add cooking wine, salt, and chicken essence to taste, stir evenly, and remove from the pot.
