  1. Prepare white sugar, peppercorns, and shredded ginger.

  2. Prepare glutinous rice white vinegar.

  3. Prepare pickled peppers.

  4. Cut the white radish and carrots into strips and set aside. 5. Add salt to taste. 6. After a while, add a little peppercorns, shredded ginger, a little pickled pepper, a little white vinegar, and a little sugar. Stir well and marinate in a basin for a few hours to taste. 7. Let it cool and pour in the submerged radish strips and put them into a pickle jar. (Note ⚠️ If you like sour, add more white vinegar, if you like sweet, add more sugar.) The sweet, crisp, and sour side dish is made, super delicious with rice.
