Wash the corn kernels and green pea kernels, and cut three slices of lemon to remove the fishy smell from the diced chicken.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add ginger, a little pepper, a little rice wine, squeeze in lemon juice, mix well, and marinate.

Add a spoonful of starch to the marinated chicken to make the chicken more tender when fried.

Pour in oil, about two tablespoons is enough, less oil is needed to keep the original flavor of the three vegetables. When the oil is hot, add the diced chicken. When the chicken changes color, add three diced vegetables and stir-fry until cooked. Finally, add salt and remove from the pan.
