Bacon Dry Pot Potato Chips
Overview
In order to consume less oil, I didn't fry the potato slices or fry them. I just blanched them until they were 7 degrees ripe.

Take the bacon.

Blanch the water in a pot under cold water.

Boil the pot and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove the bacon.

Peel the potatoes.

Add the water used to blanch the bacon directly to the potatoes.

Cook until potato slices are translucent.

Super cold water.

Soak in cold water.

Hot pan and cold oil.

Heat the oil and stir-fry the bacon.

Brown the outside.

Add chili powder.

Stir fry evenly.

Put potato slices.

Add salt and light soy sauce.

Stir fry evenly.

Add chicken essence.

Fry evenly.

Plate.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.
