Fried instant noodles
Overview
This is my lunch. I wanted to cook at noon, but found that I only had some bean sprouts, a few slices of grilled sausages, and a bag of instant noodles at home, so I made this instant noodles. It was very delicious. Food is not about using expensive ingredients, but about using simple ingredients to create extraordinary flavors.

Prepare the ingredients, wash the bean sprouts, cut the sausage into a few simple cuts, beat the eggs in a bowl, mine is a double yolk egg.

Scramble the eggs, just a little bit of oil, add the egg liquid to 50% heat, quickly break it up with chopsticks, put it in a bowl and set aside.

Take another pot and put cold water in it. After the water boils, put in the instant noodles and cook until soft enough to stir with chopsticks, then take them out.

Fried bean sprouts. You can use scrambled eggs, add oil, heat 60%, add chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant, add bean sprouts, stir-fry a few times, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.

Pour in instant noodles.
