①First take 2 eggs and spread them into egg cakes on a pan. Cut into 2CM width

② Slice carrots and lettuce. Cut Chinese cabbage into 2cm wide pieces. Spicy cabbage bought ready-made

③ Mix chili sauce with water, add sugar according to taste and set aside. (The chili sauce is very dry. If you don’t mix it, it will easily stick together when stir-frying. Spicy cabbage also has a flavor, so you don’t need to add salt.)

④For the rice cake, I used the vacuum-packed hot pot rice cake bought in the supermarket. After cutting it with a knife, I cut it with boiling water and it was basically mature.

⑤ Turn on the heat, add cabbage, carrots, and lettuce and stir-fry. When it's basically cooked, add spicy cabbage and rice cakes, then add the sauce to stew, and finally add the egg cake. Drizzle some sesame oil before serving to increase the flavor, and you can also add some sesame seeds.
