Peeling grapes

Peeled pulp

Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes

Remove the grape skins

Pour the pulp into the grape skin water, add sugar according to your favorite sweetness, and add maltose

Finished product! Cool to 70 or 80 degrees Celsius, seal and bottle, and store in refrigerator
