Cream puff (vegetarian version)
Overview
Puffs are puffy snacks with a hollow center, which can be filled with sweet fillings. Cream fillings are the most classic. Each bite is small and a favorite of many people. Delicious and good-looking puffs should have a crispy exterior with a large hollow inside for filling more fillings. Only in this way will it be enjoyable to eat. How to make the puffs expand best requires certain skills; that is, first bake at a high temperature of 210 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes. After the puff embryos are initially expanded and set, then switch to medium-high temperature and bake at 180 degrees until the surface of the puffs turns yellowish brown.
