  1. Clean one piece of fresh squid. I have three pieces and only used one of them.

  3. Slice cucumbers, bell peppers, and carrots and set aside.

  4. Put the cut squid into a pot of boiling water and pour it into the water. Pay attention to rolling the squid into the water and picking it up. Don't make it taste stale after a long time.

  5. Stir-fry the Sichuan peppercorns, chopped green onion, and stir-fry. Then add the squid, stir-fry with an appropriate amount of salt, and then add the chicken essence.
