Cut the fresh beef into four squares and soak it in water. Change the water several times until there is no more blood;

Wash fresh kelp roots and cut into diamond-shaped pieces;

Take an appropriate amount of peppercorns, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon and hawthorn and pack them into a dry seasoning box;

Blanch the soaked beef cubes in cold water;
