Wash the okra and cut off the stems

Boil water, add a few drops of oil, blanch okra in water for 2 minutes, remove and put into ice water, set aside.

Take another pot, add a little cooking oil, sauté the minced garlic, then remove the ice water and put the okra into the pot, stir-fry for a while.

Add the prepared light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, appropriate amount of water and a little salt.

After the okra is simmered and cooked, remove it from the pan. Pour out the remaining soup in the pot and set aside.

In another pot, add a small amount of oil and sauté the minced garlic and minced meat.

Add the soup from the braised okra and gradually reduce the juice.

Pour the fried minced meat and minced garlic into the neatly arranged okra and serve.

Pair with white porridge, mushroom and chicken porridge, or rice noodles and any other staple food you like.
