Bone radish soup

I haven’t posted in a long time. The last incident of plagiarism put me completely out of mood. Fortunately, after reporting it to the website, the website finally blocked the post after more than a week. But some people didn’t report it, and the stolen posts were still hanging there. To be honest, I don’t know whether it’s better to cook soup under cold water or under boiling water. Today I put the cold water and bones into the pot together, brought it to a boil over high heat, and simmered over low heat for 15 minutes.

Cut the radish into large pieces, add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 10 minutes. Then pour it into the bone soup together with the red dates, soaked kelp and shiitake mushrooms.

Add the radish and boil for 2 minutes, cover and simmer until the radish is broken.
