Fish fillet porridge
Overview
This fish fillet porridge is made from deep-sea sea bream fillet. The meat of this fish fillet is firm and delicious, but there is no thorn in the fillet. It is especially suitable for the elderly and children. Paired with some vegetables, the nutrition is more comprehensive.

Cook the white rice porridge first. The porridge should be sticky and glutinous

Stir repeatedly with a whisk to break up the rice grains

Chop the ginger into mince, shred the carrots and put them into the pot.

Cut large sea bream fillets into small slices about 4-5 mm thick with a diagonal knife

Add appropriate amount of pepper, salt and a little white vinegar and marinate for 5 minutes. Adding a little white vinegar can better remove the fishy smell and make the fish meat more tender.

Add a little salt and pepper to the porridge

Add the marinated fish fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes
