This is so simple and delicious. The tofu is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The aroma of black beans and minced garlic seeps into the tofu. It’s so delicious~~~ You can eat it without rice!

Rinse the tofu, wipe it clean with kitchen paper, cut it into fingertip-sized pieces, roll the cut tofu pieces in cornstarch, and shake off the excess starch.

Heat the oil until it is 50% hot, add the tofu cubes and stir them carefully with a slotted spoon to prevent the tofu from sticking together.

When the tofu cubes float and become golden, remove them and put them on kitchen paper to absorb the remaining oil.

Heat oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until fragrant. If you like honey, you can add half a spoon; if you don’t like it, you can leave it out

Add a little black bean chili sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. If you like spicy and numbing taste, you can add a little peppercorn oil.
