Fried shredded potatoes

This dish is my daughter’s favorite. It’s a little complicated to prepare, but the taste is top-notch!

Cut potatoes into thin shreds, wash with water to remove surface starch, and soak. Shred green peppers, shred carrots, and shred bacon or ham sausage.

Add oil to pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add the dried potato shreds

After stir-frying, add shredded carrots and stir-fry again

Stir-fry the shredded potatoes and add a little vinegar

Add green pepper shreds

Add bacon or ham and stir-fry

Stir-fry the shredded potatoes until soft, then add salt and stir-fry. Finally add green onions and remove from the pan.
