Fried fried dough sticks with minced meat
Overview
If I have leftover fried dough sticks early in the morning, it would be good to use some in dishes, either stir-fried or steamed, it is very fragrant. I don’t often eat fried dough sticks at home, but I want to try stir-frying them with vegetables. It’s very healthy and delicious with some minced meat and black fungus. Ingredients: 100 grams of minced meat, 2 deep-fried dough sticks. Ingredients: 2 garlic sprouts, ginger, green onions, light soy sauce, refined salt, and cooking oil.

Soak the black fungus and pick small florets.

Cut the fried dough sticks into small sections and cut the garlic into sections.
