Cut the old tofu into 5 mm thick pieces, fry until golden brown on both sides, and set aside.

Dice tomatoes and set aside.

Remove garlic and slice into slices

Slice the lean meat and marinate it with a little light soy sauce

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and sauté the garlic slices

Add the meat slices and stir-fry

Pour in diced tomatoes

Add fried tofu and tomato sauce

Sprinkle in salt and sugar
