I really like to eat potato pancakes. People in Guangzhou call them potato pancakes or potato pancakes. The potato pancakes for breakfast at McDonald's are good, and they are also sold frozen in supermarkets. You just need to bake and heat them when you want to eat them. Later, I changed to using a metal plane with large holes to grate the potato. It seemed that the taste did not change much. After analyzing it calmly, I found the reason. If you want to taste it, To make it less glutinous and more refreshing, you must first rinse the shredded potatoes with coarse planer with water to wash away the starch, and then add flour and cornstarch to shape it. Another point is that just adding flour will make it too sticky, so you need to add some cornstarch. Not to mention, after trying it again, the finished product is not bad. It is best to eat it while it is hot, it is very crispy and fragrant.
