【Spring Health Porridge】

Overview

Spring is really a season where it is easy to get sick. The little guy has been having some minor problems these days. It is not serious, but it is not normal. He always has a cough or a slight runny nose. . . He usually eats three meals a day in the kindergarten. When he comes back in the evening, I basically just give him some fruits to avoid eating other accumulated food. . . I only make food suitable for him on weekends, so when he had a relatively severe cough, I made this porridge. The materials were all readily available at home, so I just added them in casually. In the end, I didn’t even know what name to give. The ingredients have some health-preserving effects, such as relieving coughs, moistening the lungs, etc. . . So I finally decided to call it health porridge~~haha~~ Ingredients: 100g mung beans, 100g lotus seeds, 30g dried lily, 10g tremella, 100g rice, appropriate amount of red dates and rock sugar
