Wash the toon.

Boil it in boiling water, run it under cold water and chop it into pieces

Pour water into the flour and stir into a thick batter, add eggs, Chinese toon, and appropriate amount of salt, and stir evenly.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the batter, and cook over medium to low heat until both sides of the batter are golden brown. If you want it to be crispy and fragrant, you can turn up the heat a little higher.
