Pan-fried Spicy Tofu
Overview
I like to get a portion of fragrant tofu from the fragrant tofu cart on the roadside when I go shopping. I was at home this weekend and learned how to fry it myself. It felt good

Appropriate amount of northern tofu

Cut the knife into any shape you like and set aside

Add water to the pot, add a little salt and bring to a boil. Pour in the tofu. After one minute, remove and drain the water and set aside

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, heat it up, add tofu and fry over low heat

When it is fried to this extent, you can flip it over and fry the other side to the same extent

Brush with the oil. Brush a little more, then stir the pan to evenly coat both sides with the oil

After brushing with oil, sprinkle in cumin powder and chili powder according to personal taste (you can sprinkle more sesame seeds and chopped green onion if you like)
