[Lemon Scented Madeleine] A very cute little snack during the festival. I bought the madeleine mold for a long time and haven’t touched it yet. I took it out to make it once and also opened the mold at the same time! Hey, I bought a lot of molds recently, let’s take them one by one.

Melt the butter in water or use a microwave to melt it, beat the eggs, add sugar and stir evenly.
