Crack the eggs into the bowl and mix well.

Soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft.

Cut cabbage into small pieces.

Wash and set aside.

Soak the fungus and vermicelli until soft, take them out and clean them.

After the rapeseed oil is hot, add the lard and melt it, then pour in the egg liquid.

Add the fungus, green onions and eggs and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir-fry evenly.

Add the vermicelli and stir-fry evenly, add salt to taste and light soy sauce to enhance the freshness.

No water is added throughout the process, just use the water from the fried cabbage.

Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
