Prepare all the ingredients (the condensed milk was in the refrigerator and I forgot to take it out)

Add all the ingredients except the tart crust, mix well and sift twice (only egg yolks)

Fill the tart shell with 80% of the sifted egg liquid. It depends on the temperature of your oven. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 20 minutes (my oven temperature is very high, so 150 degrees for 30 minutes)
