Overview
I like to eat shredded potatoes, especially spicy and sour potato shreds with a lot of tomatoes and peppers, but my child likes to eat potato slices, and he doesn’t like tomatoes in stir-fries, so I had to make a vegetarian dish of fried shredded potatoes according to my child’s appetite.
