Overview

This is because it is not only cheap and high-quality, but also a eating habit that has been popular for hundreds of years. It is deeply rooted and difficult to change; as long as it is eaten reasonably and appropriately, it will not affect health. For me, fried dough sticks are not as familiar as making bread and cakes, but they are not too unfamiliar; I learned to make them once during the Spring Festival in 2015. I used flour, eggs, milk, baking powder and other ingredients. After kneading the dough, let it rise overnight before frying. This time I switched to home-made fried dough sticks, which is much easier and more convenient. You only need to prepare water and eggs, and you don’t need to wait for more than 10 hours for the noodles.
