Tremella Apple Soup
Overview
In winter, I am obsessed with soup. Whether it is vegetable soup or fruit soup, the whole family loves to drink it. Every time I cook a pot, there is no soup left.

Prepare ingredients: Red dates are seedless candied dates, which can be washed and soaked for 10 minutes in advance. Tremella is fresh Tremella and does not need to be soaked. It can be frozen in the refrigerator and taken out in advance to defrost.
-
Peel, wash and cut the apples into pieces, wash the red dates and white fungus, and remove the yellow part at the root.
-
Add an appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add red dates and white fungus, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
-
Add the apples and continue to cook over low heat for about 10 to 15 minutes until the apples are soft.
-
Wash the wolfberry, cook in the soup pot until the white fungus is soft and waxy, the apple is soft, and the soup is thick. Add the wolfberry, cook for another 1 minute, and turn off the heat. If you like it extra sweet, you can add rock sugar. I didn't add it and it felt very sweet.
-
Take out the pot and enjoy the soft, glutinous and sweet white fungus apple soup. Drink a bowl of it to calm your mind, nourish your spleen and moisturize your skin silently.
