Healthy grain porridge

Overview

The five-grain rice can be replaced with ten-grain rice, brown rice and other ingredients. The mushrooms should be soaked before cooking. The wolfberry does not need to be cooked for too long. The pine nuts should be added before eating to avoid softening and losing the taste.

  1. Wash all the vegetables. Do not peel the yams (the skin is rich in nutrients). Gently scrape them clean with a knife, brush them with a toothbrush and cut them into small pieces. Cut the corn into grains, cut the mushrooms into cubes, and cut the rapeseed into fine pieces

  2. Put the five-grain rice, diced yam, corn kernels, and diced shiitake mushrooms into the pot, pour in the vegetarian broth, and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add the wolfberry and rapeseed and cook for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. (There are many ways to make vegetarian soup, you can also check out the two methods I posted before)

  3. When eating, put the grain porridge into a bowl and add pine nuts.
