Stir-fried beef with garlic
Overview
This can be said to be a dish with zero failure, because I personally think that as long as the garlic moss is not burnt and stir-fried with a little oil and salt, it will be delicious. And the garlic sprouts are very chewy, which makes me feel fun every time I eat them.

Steps
-
Prepare a piece of beef and several stalks of garlic.
-
After slicing the beef, add cornstarch, oyster sauce, soy sauce (a little bit), salt, and oil, stir evenly and marinate for ten minutes. Cut the garlic into strips and soak them in water for one hour.
-
Preheat the wok and pour oil. When the oil temperature rises, pour in the marinated beef and stir-fry continuously.
-
When the meat has changed color (I usually judge it by the fact that the meat has no visible red color or there is a slight caramel color on the surface), add the garlic paste and continue to stir-fry. After stir-frying for a while, add water and salt. Season to taste.
