Overview
Every year, I cook some jams according to different seasons, and either keep them for myself or give them to friends. A few days ago, a friend brought a large box of Fuji apples from his hometown. The red ones were particularly attractive, so I wanted to cook some applesauce to thank my friend. Cooking jam at home is actually not difficult, but the difficulty is that cooking jam requires low heat throughout the process, and you have to stand by the stove and stir until the jam is cooked. It is particularly painful for me, who has a weak waist. With the bread machine, making jam suddenly becomes much more convenient and hassle-free. The whole process of washing, cutting, and smashing does not take 2 minutes, and the longest cooking time can be directly left to the bread machine. You can use this more than an hour to exercise or sit on the sofa and watch your favorite drama. It feels really good to free your hands.

Wash the apples and lemons and use kitchen towels to absorb the moisture on the surface. Weigh other materials for later use.

Core the apple and cut into small pieces.

Add diced apples and 60ml of water to a food processor and blend into apple puree.
