Add warm milk, brown sugar and yeast and mix well.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add flour and stir until no lumps form.

Add 1 handful of raisins.

Mix well.

Wrap in plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place until doubled in size.

Grease an 8-inch cake pan with a little oil to prevent it from sticking. Pour the fermented batter into it and smooth it out.

Sprinkle raisins on top and let sit for 10 minutes.

Put into pot of boiling water.

Steam over high heat for 30 minutes and remove from the pot.

Let cool slightly before eating.

Eat it while it's hot, it's soft and delicious.
