  1. Wash the ribs and soak them in water for half an hour to remove the blood;

  2. After rinsing again, drain and use kitchen paper to absorb the water;

  3. Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey and a little salt, then chop garlic, ginger and fresh rosemary;

  4. Pour the ribs into the marinade, add minced garlic, minced ginger and rosemary, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 2 hours, or overnight if you have time;

  5. Wrap the marinated ribs in a baking sheet lined with tin foil;

  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, then open the tin foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
