Wash the prawns and remove the whiskers, cut the back of the prawns with a knife and remove any unnecessary parts

Chop the thin skin of the garlic cloves into minced garlic

Pour in the oil and soy sauce, then add a little salt and mix well with a spoon

Place the opened shrimps on a baking sheet lined with tin foil
