I ate this side dish at a rice stall in Singapore. I thought it was delicious at the time. It tasted sweet and salty in my mouth. After I came back, I tried making it myself. Well, that’s it. It tastes like this. It’s so good. Let’s share it with everyone!

  1. Add peanuts to the pot with cold oil and stir-fry over low heat.

  3. Wash the clove fish, drain the water, and cook it in the microwave for about 5 minutes. It will be crispier this way.
