Crispy Fish and Peanuts
Overview
I ate this side dish at a rice stall in Singapore. I thought it was delicious at the time. It tasted sweet and salty in my mouth. After I came back, I tried making it myself. Well, that’s it. It tastes like this. It’s so good. Let’s share it with everyone!

Add peanuts to the pot with cold oil and stir-fry over low heat.

Stir-fry until it turns slightly red, then take it out of the pan and let it cool!

Wash the clove fish, drain the water, and cook it in the microwave for about 5 minutes. It will be crispier this way.

Take out the clove fish and wait until it cools down.

Put oil in the wok, stir-fry the cooled clove fish in the wok a few times.

Add sugar, depending on your personal taste. If you like sweeter, add more, and then add a little salt to taste.

Put the sugar in the wok and add a little water to melt it until it turns slightly yellow.

Pour the fried and cooled peanuts into the syrup, stir well, turn off the heat, and continue to stir-fry until each peanut kernel is independent.

Finally, mix the peanuts hung with syrup and the clove fish fried with sugar, and you're done!
