Overview

There are children at home, so the bread cannot be broken. I made bread with my own blueberry jam and enjoyed it very much. I still added shredded coconut to the jam filling. One is to enhance the flavor and taste particularly good. The other is to stabilize and blend the jam. It lives up to my expectations and makes a delicious bread.

  1. Add milk, whole egg liquid, corn oil, sugar, and salt into the bread barrel, sift in flour, and add yeast to start the bread and dough rising process. (Leave about 10g of egg liquid) It will be ready after 90 minutes.
