  1. Slice chicken breasts.

  2. Put into a bowl, add olive oil, soy sauce, Maggi fresh black pepper and salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. Wash and shred carrots.

  4. Wash the rice and soak it in appropriate amount of water for 20 minutes.

  5. Cover the pot.

  6. Place in the microwave on high heat for 2 minutes.

  7. Remove and spread carrot shreds on the rice.

  10. Cover and place in the microwave on high heat for another 8 minutes. Leave the lid on and simmer for another 5 minutes.
