Coriander and pork wontons

Coriander and pork wontons

Overview

Wontons are best eaten during the third and ninth days of the lunar new year. I happen to have ready-made coriander and pork stuffing at home, so I quickly make a pot of wontons and cook them. They are hot and watery. It is really comfortable to eat. It warms the stomach and dispels cold. It can also promote digestion and relieve stomach pain.

  3. Roll the dough into a thin pancake, which must be as thin as a dumpling wrapper. Then cut it into squares and the Chaos wrapper is ready. If you don’t like making your own, you can go out and buy wonton wrappers. Nowadays, both dumpling wrappers and wonton wrappers are on sale.

  6. Wash the lettuce and set aside. Either lettuce or rape is fine. Appliance vegetables are appetizing and nutritious.

  7. Add the lettuce, cook for a few seconds and then turn off the heat. The lettuce will still have a crisp and tender texture. Add some salt, mushroom powder, pepper, and a little light soy sauce to taste. If you like, you can add some sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
