Tear the cauliflower into small florets and soak them in light salt water for a few minutes. Mince the garlic, slice the green onions, and cut the sausage into sections

Boil water in a pot, add a small amount of salt and a drop of oil

After the water boils, blanch the cauliflower in the pot for one minute

Take out the cauliflower and put it in cold water

Set the oil pan, heat the pan and cool the oil

Add the chopped green onions and minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry until the minced garlic turns yellow

Add cauliflower and stir-fry

Put the sausage in and continue to stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce

Add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry for a few times before serving
