  1. Prepare all the seasonings.

  5. Wrap the marinated leg of lamb in tin foil.

  6. Put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 90 minutes.

  7. Take out the oven, sprinkle another layer of salt, cumin, and chili powder, put it in the oven, and bake at 230 degrees for 20 minutes.
