Prepare all the seasonings.

Add liquid seasoning and stir to set aside.

Wash the lamb legs, drain them and make a few cuts on each side.

Add the seasonings, marinate to taste, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Wrap the marinated leg of lamb in tin foil.

Put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 90 minutes.

Take out the oven, sprinkle another layer of salt, cumin, and chili powder, put it in the oven, and bake at 230 degrees for 20 minutes.

Take it out and let it cool for 5 minutes, then it’s ready to eat!
