Making all kinds of sauces has always been something I like very much. Whenever the concentrated essence is presented in front of my eyes, the feeling of satisfaction of harvest also comes to my heart. Pizza is one of my two children’s favorite staple foods, so making pizza sauce has become a common thing for me. The aroma when butter and garlic cloves are combined is really intoxicating, plus basil and pizza grass, it's full of Western flavor. I think that the amount needed at home is large and it is consumed quickly, so it is enough to make at one time. If you eat less, you can just halve all the ingredients, otherwise it will be wasted.

  12. Stir fry while pressing with the back of a spatula to make the tomatoes and onions more integrated and more sticky. There will be a lot of soup at the beginning.
