Rose Soy Sauce Chicken
Overview
Incorporating flowers into dishes is nothing new. I happened to have rose sauce at home, so I tried it. I used rose sauce to color it. The appearance and taste were very good. In fact, soy sauce chicken usually has more whole chickens. I was lazy and used chicken legs, so I could finish it all at once. It’s okay if you don’t add rose sauce. Just soy sauce and soy sauce are enough. Adding rose sauce adds more dark red color and aroma of roses. It’s not very strong, it’s light, and it enhances the taste very much.
